Fish procured by our headquarters is processed at one of our three locations, Ehime, Wakayama, or Tokyo, and then shipped domestically and internationally.

PROCESSED FRESH FISH

Day-0 delivery is offered to Japan’s major consumption areas via our two processing centers in Wakayama and Tokyo. The Kainan Seafood Center conveniently located just 30 minutes from Kansai International Airport ensures Day-0 delivery to Los Angeles.

PROCESSED FROZEN FISH

Our patented super-cold smoking technology of allows us to keep stock of processed fish with a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture in a super fresh condition. ​ Product is exported from Matsuyama Port to various countries around the world.

LIVE FISH・FRESH FISH

We procure fish sourced primarily from Shikoku and Kyushu and distribute them nationwide. Starting early in the morning and can deliver live fish to the Tokyo metropolitan area by the evening of the same day.
