The Japanese Marine Eco-Label Certification (or MEL) can be acquired by businesses that meet and enforce the system’s guidelines of protecting marine resources and environment. Dainichi will continue to work together with local producers to protect the environment and resources to preserve the future of the aquaculture industry and seafood eating culture.
