Start of Business Partnership and Investment in Shokuen Foodtech Co., Ltd.

Dainichi in conjunction with A-marine Kindai Co., Ltd. have invested in Shokuen Foodtech Co., Ltd., a new subsiday of Shokuen Co., Ltd., and Makoto Tamaru has been appointed as the representative officer. Shokuen Food Tech will start business on June 1, 2023, and will mainly be reasonsible for manufacturing and sales as a subsidary of Shokuen.

Through the establishment of this new company and business partnership, we look forward to not only enhancing our business relationship with Shokuen Co., Ltd., but also leverage the fish hatchery capabilities of A-marine Kindai Co., Ltd through our company’s sales network.
